I simplified even more, ate a whole papays a day, at least 3 bananas, maybe four, 3 kiwis, and at least half to a whole honeydew or cantaloups a day. THen for the salad, a HUGE bowl of kale, swiss chard, and red loose leaf lettuce with a chopped avacado. and of course, snacking on a quarter cup of raw soaked almonds. and of course, like someone said to me before, grow my own sprouts and throw the

So, I dont really get it. If I stick to a plan of papayas, bananas, kiwi, strawberries, mangoes, blueberries, and melon/cantaloupe in the daytime, then towards evening, eat a simple large bowl of greens with a chopped avacado, then snack on about a quarter cup of raw soaked almonds throughout the night, is this enough variety to keep me alright on the plan? I got a super good deal on the strawber

I was reading the DRV for our vitamins and fats, and I am kind of confused. Ive heard more or less from a few people here that my intake needs to be about 6.5lbs of fruit a day, 2lbs of greens, 1lb other veggie, and about 1/4 nuts/seeds. Now according to the DRV chart, it doesnt seem like I would get all my DRV of reccomended vitamins other than C, even if I did adhere to the proportions above.

I mean, everyone keeps saying just eat what you like, just eat whats natural. The thing is, I like pretty much every veggie and fruit there is. There not really any favorites, I just eneed to knw the proper amounts and the best ones to give me the best nurtitional and caloric intake. No recipes, just straight hard facts of what fruits, veggies, and I already do hemp seeds and sprouts regularly. B

The family that I have is not normal. I am going thorugh a divorce now, and its not really converting them thats a issue since we no longer live together. I live alone now, but we still have a very good relationship, we each have the kids for a portion of the day, and we each switch friday and saturdays so we can still have night to hang out. Anyways, the problem is that we have a fixed income a

Well shouldnt I eat sevral more calories of raw foods with the diet? So that would mean I would need to eat more meals most likely. I am going to search for a list of veggies, fruits, and nuts an seeds and their nurtitional content, I just need to know how many calories I need to make sure I get each day so I know which fresh produce I need to buy more of at a time. As for nuts and seeds I just g

Ive just read a few articles on how ALL herbs are toxic to the body and shouldnt be used at all/ I personally use ginseng and chamomile, as well as lemon balm, verbena, and peppermint to make teas for the calming effect and for a tasty beverage. Is there anyone who can argue the point that the website firmly tries to prove that these herbs are nothing but "superstitious" remedies that s
