I occasionally eat raw soaked oat groats. I make a sweet breakfast dish and a spicy lunch/dinner. I never get brain fog or mucus from them. Let me know if you want the recipes.

I tried kelp noodles today-- yummy! I mixed the kelp noodles, chopped carrots, sesame seeds, pinch of celtic salt, a clove of garlic, flax oil, a dash of lemon, & brags. Any recipe ideas for my next noodle meal?

I have numerous food allergies as well as Candida-- most likely caused by my yeast allergy. My naturopath recommended a more low glycemic raw diet and referred me to books by Gabriel Cousins. I eat a lot of greens & sprouts and sprouted seeds & chickpeas. I add some fruit to my green smoothies, etc but keep all of my seeds & nuts sprouted. I have read that sprouting changes the fats.

He wanted sprouted sunflower seeds last night instead of pizza, he eats my goji berries at breakfast, dehydrated burger for lunch, and tonight he drank an adult sized spinach/banana/raspberry smoothie. 11. Gluten allergy
I have recently found out that I am allergic to gluten, yeast, eggs, and dairy among other things. I think a raw food diet would really help me, but i noticed that a lot of the recipes on this site call for wheat, barley, etc. Any suggestions? This is pretty new to me, but I've eaten at a couple of raw food cages & absolutely loved the food!
