I did some rough math. Does 1.41 tsp. (1.5 is easier to measure at the house) sound correct?

I just got my 3 tier system last night, got it assembled, and cleaned (bleach). My question is using 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide. The directions that came with it say to use 5 Tbsp. of 3%, my tanks are set up with 2L (with their Automatic Water Fill System) using RO water. I would like to only use my 35% Hydrogen Peroxide (bought a gallon) but do not know how much to use. Can anyone advi
