Hello, My experience of mold on wheat grass is limited as I don't like wheatgrass juice much but good airflow is vital. You may find the balcony over-hang is preventing good airflow. Lots of people use fans on their wheatgrass!

Hello Firstly, seeds don't need fertiliser. They get everything they need from the seed. Secondly, yes - dump that lot! Thirdly, when I grow sunflower greens I do it in trays. I generally soak them overnight first then spread them on the soil in the tray. I do tend to cover them with soil to protect them from drying out and sometimes the soil perches on the rising shoots. Hi, I've been on and off RAW for a number of years. I grow my own veg, forage and keep rescue battery hens, a cat and a dog. I'd be interested to hear from those local to me, those who garden and in a more general way anyone who is raw! georgina ps I have lurked here for a while
