I am new to sprouting and can't find much information about sprouting carrot seeds. I have read that common seeds such as kale, peas etc are used for sprouts but what about other common type vegetables such as carrots? I love carrot greens and would hope that the sprouts would be similar.
I know that I would have to use organic seeds but I am wondering if people do not use them for sprouts d

I had to take my plant in the house due to cold weather. It is starting to get white flowers but I noticed that some of the branches are beginning to wilt and die. I have grow lights on it but maybe they are not enough?
I have also read that you need to start new cuttings every other year as the productiveness of the plant diminishes after the second year. This is my year growing so not sure
