Thank you but that is not the one way I encountered here a while back. That one had some info on the relationship between Acid/ alkaline and emotional health. It related certain and in general negative emotions with an acid body. Postive emotions with a alkaline body.

Start date Feb 12, and finish date Feb 14. Day one: Felt no hunger or food cravings. Drank four liters of water, did some house cleaning and did some reading. Day two: Waked up fresh, alert, full of energy and light. Felt a slight craving during the middle of the day, but went a way after some water. Went for a bike ride, a walk and had one small bowel movement. Drank about two liters of w

Sea salt vs table salt, what is better? From Wikipedia: "Because sea salt lacks high concentrations of iodide, an ion essential for human health, it is not necessarily a healthy alternative to regular table salt, which is usually supplemented with the element." Sources of iodine: Salt seaweeds For vegetables it depends on the soil. I know most of you here, don't consume s

Evolutionary the human body has not changed much since the last couple thousands of years. Therefore, whatever humans ate thousands of years ago, is what we are still structured and designed to eat. Before, tools, fire, and cookery. However, in a survival situation humans will eat whatever is available to survive. When it comes to survival we are omnivores. Our greatest trait. Since most of u

Do you live with others(family, friends)? Do you find it hard following your raw diet living with them? I do, if I lived alone my raw mission would probably be more successful. The people I live with bring junk food into the house, and cook food. If I live alone, it won't exist in the house because I won't buy it and cooking never appealed to me even before raw. When junk and cooked food is avail

Well, this was an interesting and uninteresting thread. Rawgosia, You sound like an arrogant person who knows it all, and did not need any guidance from others because your body tells you all you need. I am to believe your body guided you to raw food. Sounds ridiculous. Your replies were wishy washy. You have not countered any of the examples I have provided, with your belief. You hav

anaken, I totally agree with your criticism. "You said that you found the practice of raw on your own." I find this hard to believe because we live in a society where cooking is normal and has been around for a very long time. Your body is not going to tell you cooked food is harmful, it will work with whatever you fed it. When I was vegan I never saw any harms in cooking unti

Rawgosia, Well, for me it is intellect that guides me in the right direction. If it was up to instincts I would still be eating the SAD. Most people listen to their instincts and most such people eat the SAD and most of them notice nothing wrong. Their bodies are not sending them signals they are eating unhealthy. However, if these people picked up a book and did some reading, they will rea
