Ohh. thanks guys! I am feeling better today. I tried some sprouted buckwheat with regular soy milk and brazil nuts. Good breakfast and keeps me full. I am doing a thing which I used to do when I was living at an Ashram. I eat my meals at the same time. I go to bed at aprox the same time...its helped me feel easier to laugh. I really like herbs I found out. Just growing them is so yummy. Raw ch

Hey, I think sometimes when you interrupt the flow of the colon by not eating it can get stuck like that. I suggest some ginger in your food which helps the flow of the colon (parastaltic), and some Aloe Gel...not at the same time, but...you know. Also check out if you are having like panic attacks or something, not big deal but...the chest is where you feel it sometimes...for myself. Or

Hey just feeling sad. I went through some processing of stuff and realized exactly why I went raw one year ago. I cured my gout, my circulation problems and my memory. Hey, I just got a new book called Rainbowgreen Raw Food Cuisine I really like it and I am going to start his three month plan. The plan is: to turn off the composting button. That means mostly nuts and greens for three months with total committment. I feel like doing it. I believe I deserve to feel good. I feel like there's a new me waiting inside and I can't wait to meet her.

I made some changes in my work- now doing cleaning full time. Um- I observe you may be being hard on yourself for your "emotional eating" habits. Let me shed some light. You should try to get a lot of vitimins and minerals becuase that way you KNOW you are not binging due to deprivation of any kind. I lost my period too at one time. I felt ok. However I now take a vit called INTRAMIN. you can get it off the internet somewhere...it has a zillion things in it, without many calories...so... I give a lot of advice...a lot of its just talk. THIS ACTUALLY WORKED (My period was gone 8 months). k

I ate brazil nuts and chocolate in the tad-tiny-fish beginning of my raw food diet. It WAS motivating and bit-expensive...but I explored after that, lost weight and became a kinder person. This will help you (from one tooth grinder to the next), because there is true goodness in you.

Hey, Drank coffee, but then maybe 45 oz of raw juices. Hey Dale, your post is so straitforward, I almost don't know what to write. Interesting you're into herbs...not what some raw foodists are into, but I like herbs too. And they like us (we choose the ones we like and help them servive by planting them and they help us). My favorite is wild mint...mint mint mint. I was told that calories were less important than nutrients. Like your body really wants vitamins and minerals and food is a form- a shape- that carries those things to you. I would bet that you can do fine If you get your nutrients...maybe make nut-milk or I don't know, just think about it.
