Puslane is usually growing amongst your gardens...my friend Laura calls it pigweed. it has small sort of plump teardrop shaped leafs sort of fuzzy and a tinge of purple...it is a weed, its stems are limp and plump...I love it! I dont think you can buy it anywhere.

HI all...I have soaked an array of nuts and seeds and they are now in the dehydrator...I was wondering if they will still keep if there is a tiny bit of moisture. On the flip I'm wondering if I leave them in too long past the dry stage, on 105 will does it heat them up too much,or is it okay...thanks

Thats funny, my boyfriend just asked me about an hour ago if black beans could sprout... let me know how it goes. I'm sprouting letils right now too. They should be done tomorrow. My friend just suggetsed to me to make a curried lentil. Soak them overnight with olive oil, bragg aminos, garlic, lemon, and maybe something else, ginger would be good huh. I say frutarianism is not really the best idea...veggies are where its at. You dont want to be jacked up on sugar all the time! Bryan clement from Hipocrates Health Institute reccomends that your diet should not consist of more than 15% fruit. he is a man that really knows what he's talking about! i wake up and do yoga every morning...so i dont end up eating until 11:30 or even 1 some days... starting with a green drink always helps my food cravings. it really slows down my appetite and sugar cravings. I have the 5 tray and I go in phases of using it on and off...What I wish it had is a timer...I got mine on sunfood.com...It didn't cross my mind upon ordering. On the manual it shows a picture which has a timer built in, I would reccomend trying to find out about that so that you dont have to jump out of bed in the middle of the night to start/stop it.
