I liked the lines -
Mangoes like beginning once again
and
Mangoes like poetry
The Quinton poem was not too shabby either. Like the Ouroboros, it returns back to itself.

I toyed with the idea that perhaps you wrote it but somehow it was easier to believe that penguins were spying at me from my bedroom window.
The tonal signature just didn't match but once in a while, you get a surprise .... just like in those Cracker Jack boxes that I saw at the store just yesterday.

Who wrote the Mangoes Poem ( the first one written in orange letters). Was that the Quinton guy that you mentioned/quoted? or someone else?
Either way, it is true that "mangoes are debauched antisocialites". What a precise way to describe them!

Well, I'm also thinking that just switching his diet by getting rid of the junk food and cleaning his system is what also did the trick. All the colorings, preservatives and hydrogenated oils etc. messes with the brain.
I hope he did lots of delicious salads too ... they serve vegetables at the Woodstock festival also ... right?

Why did the chef withhold all that food from them and instead give them some strange plate filled with weird flat plastic looking items ( looked like it was made from play doh or something). Made me laugh!

Post your best food song here ! It could be an ode to a cantaloupe. A hymn to a basil leaf. Or, a soundless haiku to a glass of coconut milk. You could sing praises to a very reddish strawberry, a golden carrot with a tuft of green hair, or a boat of romaine lettuce.
It can be silly, a one liner or be a little wobbly but fantastic like a three legged unicorn.
Or you could just dream that

I've tried a variation of this recipe. It is pretty delicious and savory. I did it without the corn though. Sun Dried tomato and basil really makes it great. Mines was more like "Spaghetti".

Concord grapes also have a really impressive mineral content as well.
But I liked reading about the other stuff you posted. I think they are also the best tasting grapes out of all the other grapes as well.

Are we made from stardust?
<< We are all made of stardust. It sounds like a line from a poem, but there is some solid science behind this statement too: almost every element on Earth was formed at the heart of a star. >>
That means we are all poetry in motion. Good to know.

Tourmaline.
True story.
Another thing. Without stones. We would be in a sorry state. Where do people think we get our MINERALS from? That's right. Stones that have been pulverized by nature... sooner or late... they end up in our foods.

Are they in season during the summer, mainly? I rarely see them in the stores. I think they taste fantastic too. So much richer than the other grapes.

Concord grapes. Head and shoulders above all other kinds of grapes, I believe from a nutritional, mineral stand point.
Tell me more what you think about this fantastic cluster of purple globes.
