lift some weights then push the blender button zzzzzzz
oh yeah, throw some stuff in it too ( u flexed out prior so you can do it!)
get your tennis shoes on, RUN to your nearest juice machine store
get a juice machine
and then flex your stuff
start throwing in the veggies
and zzzzzzzooomm zzzzzzzzz
sound of juice machine..
jus do it!

throw out the tomatoes
fruits aren't too cool cuz high concentration of sugar
same with the carrots but whatever... up to you...
do the greens
chug a lug
when things get intense
take a hike ( uphill) to get the nerves expressed out
i dunno.... maybe you do yoga
if things get intense, u can also take a bike ride

i forget what my model was called
but it was a manual one
and uh... it was VERY MANUAL
manos ( spanish : hands)
i hadda keep cranking it and cranking it and cranking it
and well... hmmmmm.... if u wanna good workout for your hands
then go for it
that's all i'll say
took me the entire evening to make a decent cup of greens
and i had to focus all my concentration on it too

mercury does leak out of teeth
they abrade onto your teeth when you chew, grind etc.
it is inevitable
even if it is strong

that is logical to me
i was actually going through a highly stressful period
and i actually did do some emotional forgiveness work
along with a LOT of other stuff
and my back is a heck of a lot better now
anger is toxic
more toxic than nightshades
and its good to acknowledge the cause then work through it
which i have ( well, to a good extent)
there is definetely a correlat

and one thing kindaconfused me
one book said that lemons were very acidic
but i've always heard how it was alkaline
i believe it is alkaline
but why would that book say lemons ( which are high profile for being alkaline)
be"acidic"?
