Thanks Arugula. I started this morning blending fresh watermelon and pears. For lunch we're having a green smoothie: spring salad mix (organic), spinach, apples and pears with a little watermelon juice.

I am not eating any meat or dairy. I will just have a baked sweet potato along with a salad for dinner. My daughter gave me such a huge salad for dinner yesterday I couldn't eat all of it and had the rest for lunch today. My weight has dropped from 200 pounds to 195 in just a couple of weeks. Enjoying the veggie/fruit smoothies.

Thank you for responding. My daughter was also going raw and she would tell me I had to eat more in order to satisfy my taste buds. She was also doing just about all of the preparations for us. After awhile both of us stopped. I posted this in the success stories by accident! I meant to post it here.
Tried raw before but couldn't stay with it one hundred percent. Will try again starting tomorrow morning. Tired of being tired and only sleeping for three to four hours a night. I'm determined to be at least fifty percent raw and will not eat any meat. I need all the encouragement I can get. Thank you.
