Hmm...I tried a veggie version of Atkins a few years back, but I don't remember having that. Bad breath maybe, but not the saliva. My mouth seems to almost water, especially after eating salads or veggies.

As long as I'm here, I thought I might ask... I've been high raw for nearly a month now, and I'm noticing something weird going on with my mouth. I seem to have a lot of saliva, but it tastes kind of VINEGAR-y. Has anyone else exerienced anything like this? Thanks!

Hi, Does anyone here (more likely any FMS/CFIDS sufferers) have Neurally Mediated Hypotension? I seem to have a milder case, as I can remember episodes of it since my teens, but it's been getting REALLY bad the last few weeks, basically, since I went raw. I think it's because my sodium intake has gone down so much. Anyone got any suggestions for foods? (Other than the obvious, extra salt!) I d

Hey! I have the same thing! Especially when I leave work for some reason. They're dry, but pruny, just like I've been in water too long, especially the fingertips. I never do dishes till after work, so I know it's not that... Hmm...Maybe like they said, it's the soap? I drink plenty of water myself... Or the A/C at work?

Hi Audrey! I was so excited to read your story! I have Fibro too, which (besides the common sense factor/my interest in whole foods) is the main reason I decided to dive into being Raw. It's only been a few weeks so far, and only 100% for one of them (though high for the rest) so I'm wondering what to expect? How long until you saw some real progress? Also, did you have brain fog? And if

It's a lot easier than it seems. I asked myself the very same question just a month ago, but I decided to just give it a try. What I've realized is, that you don't have to get all elaborate about it and try to prepare all these recipes. I only do that if I'm craving something really badly (which has already gotten less often since I cut back on sugar!) and mostly on the weekends. Just replace

Hi Everyone! I feel kinda silly asking this, but someone brought me a big huge sack of green apples, and I don't know how to tell they are ripe! (Well besides eating them of course, which I did last night...I could barely even cut the darn things, and they were incredibly tart!) I'd heard about sticking fruits in a paper bag and putting them in a window sill, so I tried that, and the only r

Hi, I'm confused...Is the white stevia powder Raw? I saw it in its natural form last year when I was in South America...And it was a green herb...how does it come to be a white powder? Thanks! ~Jen

That was weird. I went to pick up some meds at Costco and not only did they have boxes of Cliff Bars, but they had these bars next to them that said they were RAW very conspicuously on the front...Anyone know what I'm talking about? I swore I'd remember it so I could look them up, but I didn't. They were $18.99 for 18, I think...interesting...
