A little while back there was a discussion with a link to an article discussing candida symptoms reduced by keeping the fats low to help the symptoms. If anyone can locate it please include link or information. I had it bookmark on a server I am unable to get to.
Thank you.

Bryan,
I wanted to acknowledge your great effort to enforce this be a vegan forum and I respect your guidelines.
For those folks who do have non-vegan questions perhaps a gentle reminder might be helpful or perhaps when these folks join up as member a clear explanation to point out this is a purely vegan forum and questions of non-vegan nature will not be addressed. I realize to answer all

Does anyone own a Full House Water Filtration? If so, which one do you recommend?
We have been using an under the sink model and have been thinking of moving to a whole house system and in the meantime doing some research.
Our undersink one just leaked and we had a pretty severe flood on kitchen floor down to the basement, etc. We are very fortunate it was only for a few hours and we were n

Dear Coconutcream,
When I worked in the coporate world (for 20 years) it was a very lonely place for me and I felt out of place. I was clearly the only one who ate healthy and was made fun of quite a bit. I think it was my journey then to learn to not take things personally. I have since left almost 7 seven ago to pursue my Dharma after my Yoga teacher training and a new path opened for me. I

Thank you all for sharing.
Would love to hear from more. It seems I am still eating and needing a whole lot more.
I suppose over time my appetite will diminish. I guess being on this new path still unsure what to eat when and how. I don't have a dehydrator yet and do some sprouting not much though.
Seems I could eat all day!
Thank you.

Just curious your daily menus are and what folks have for their daily meals. I am new to going raw but not new to vegan or vegetarian so I am still in my early stages of going UNcooked.
Thank you,

Does anyone know of a vegan version of Glucosamine Sulfate? and a similar product in place of taking collagen?
I have osteoarthritis and with a vegan raw food diet I would prefer not to take these products.
Thank you.

I think it might of been a binge on too many dates and nuts. Dropped the dates added more fresh fruits and going low on the nuts. I have has a history of candida. So I am watching this closely. Thank you for the input on the Vitamix. Makes alot of sense.

question: I know it may be obvious, I have a Vitamix and make daily a Whole Food Veggie drink primarily greens with ginger, lemon, cayenne, and beet. What is the consenus of using Vitamix for making juice this way over using a juicer (I do have a Champion). The Vitamix is so much easier.
Also, I am not new to being vegan but not going more raw and moving to 100% raw has anyone experienced chan

What are the best resources/books that can give me meal plans. And basics food to use.
I have severe cravings for nuts/nut butter constantly and dates. I am feeling great then out of balance a bit spacey. So I need to adjust.
Also, it is challenging cooking for my
