121. Re: figs vs. dates
Yeah, dates seem to have a huge raw food following. I like them, I read somewhere once you have to be careful though, because some may be hallucinogenic.

122. Re: figs vs. dates
There's no comparison! Figs. I mean dates are great and I know they're all hyped up in raw foods, but not much beats a fig. They are so unusual in flavor and texture. I don't think anything beats a fig except maybe some butter. Yes, yall, give me some butter. Dates are all good and all, but yeah, figs if I had to choose. I think it takes something special though, to process a fig. At least, in my

Can someone refresh me on the 80/10/10 breakdown. I know it got posted, but I can't seem to find it through all the shmegma. It sounds like a great diet to rid oneself of excess musclature and fat.

I think it's a plug for Wal-Mart Mislu. I wish Wal-Mart had a natural foods section. Yay! organics! I want a sprout section, perhaps some gourmet brown rice, bulk nuts, raw cocoa, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, some sesame oil, almonds, walnuts, cashews, pine nuts, a juice bar with wheat grass and maybe Jalapeno Chipins e v e r y t i m e I look for them. Oh, and those boxes of stuff that make cor

Should we rather some shriveled ears that the worms don't even want? Does sugar cane grow by seeds? That's an idea. Maybe that wouldn't pollute the rivers so much in case of spills.

Hathor in the Night Sky
I want to see a sky like milk
dripping God's love
like it was
before hubris came in the form of man
in his pride and glory
I want to see a sky like milk
shooting a star
like a little lamb
before it grows to be angry
haughty ram's in God's glory
I want to see a sky like milk
pooled into n

137. Re: Remind me!!
Tell me about it. My moms accused me of being crazy because I buy "organic food." It's more expensive. Wah! The baby boomer generation is the largest now no? They are aging, and still clinging to be what I consider an unhealthy and outdated model. Not to mention, habits. But then don't throw the baby out with the bathwater either.

I used to use a pur filter. The last one I bought, i couldn't figure out for the life of me how to get it on the stupid faucet. When I did use it before, I had good results. I'd at least try one again if I could get the new design to work.

My question is whether the organism found is truly a product of the Genetic Modification, or may it h

I prefer barley rejuvelac. How make rejuvelac with quinoa? Isn't it all bitter? Think it'd be good for you? Is it the saponins that suck up all the nutrients?

Well, my quinoa disappeared so I sprouted some lentils. (Well, they didn't sprout so I soaked them.) For anyone who may be interested:
sprouted lentil
tomato small diced
onion diced fine
fresh cilantro
some McCormick Hickory BBQ Buffalo seasoning mix
Delicious! Thank you texasnewf for the great idea!

Actually Thromgard, you're probably just feeling the effects of detox. When you detox, you release all the stored toxins into your bloodstream for elimination. So, make sure your all clear there and just suffer it out. Wheatgrass does seem to help speed it up if you're all clear. Have you tried wheatgrass juice? I currently eat probably one or two meals a day. One meal and maybe some light snacks

The best way I ever heard it described was that the human digestion is like a river flowing. That was Ancient Evenings by Norman Mailer.
