If it were me, I'd take 2-3 with each meal. But, I eat 7 tiny meals every day. I try to eat something every 2 hours so my metabolism stays fairly stable. 7 pills at a time would gag me. Yikes!

you and I are close to the same height! I'm 5'3". I weighed around 260 last year at this time. I'm down to 190. my doctor is stressed about my weight since i've had open heart surgery. I was 4 when I had it, but since I'm in my 30's now, he encourages me to drop some poundage.

I tried the one cooked meal thing, but it didn't work for me. I've only been eating clean for about 2-4 weeks, but I ended up just going all raw within a 72 hour period. I hated the bloaty, upset stomach I'd get from cooked foods. I know what you mean about the excess gas! ! !

I actually have quite a bit of weight to drop, but I was wondering about how to maintain after weight loss. That's why I had asked. I have about 80 pounds to be rid of first though.

Our food store is set up in sections. I use what is in the bins in the vegitarian/vegan section of our store. I guess I'm so used to that I forget to mention the way the store is set up. sorry 'bout that!

I don't know about every one else, but in my opinion, our bodies will appreciate the better neutrient access of a raw diet more than that of a SAD diet. As most agree, cooked food is an addiction. You will go through a "withdrawl" period when you give up what your body is used to. As your body realizes that it is actually getting what it NEEDS from a raw diet, adaptation begins, so does

I've only been following this way of eating for about 2-3 weeks, but when I started out, I just went to salads for meals and fruit for breakfast and snacks. I ended up adding granola with breakfast and snacks. Lettuce wraps are quick and filling lunches. avacado slices, green pepper slices, fresh basil and cilantro with a few sliced mushrooms wrapped in lettuce leaves is really good. You could dr

I'm still transitioning, too. I've been eating clean for about 2 weeks. I've noticed that I'm more focused and much less frazzled every day, I sleep better(although not as much), my cravings for sugary foods is gone, there are real issues when I eat meat now. I had a piese of grilled chicken at a cook out, but after 2-3 small bites, my dog got the rest. It made me gag. All I could really taste wa

Have you tried alfalfa? It is supposed to be a good digestive tract cleanser/rebuilder. I take the tablet form and have had no problems with bowels at all. Almonds are good for that too, though. They taste better too.LOLOL! !

349. Re: teeth
I was told by some friends that baking soda is good if toothpaste is out of the question. Their daughter has an alergic reaction to something used in most toothpastes. Her mouth swells and her tongue looks like a road map for about 4-5 hours.
