i hav no idea, im confused about it,, all i kno is that my nori says Laver really big and nori really small and its in a purpkeish bag instead of a red one, which im guessing is the normal nori,, watever this stuff is it tastes like dehydrated fish :[p

lol i bought laver bc i thought it was nori, it said nori on the package, i ate sum of it and i had 2 spit it out, its disguisting!! i found lil sea bits in my mouth shells and eho knos wat else... :p
i didnt kno laver was cooked..
i luv nori tho, but ive never tried dulse, i gotta get me sum!! lol

im 5'3" and weigh(ed) (hopefully it stays that way) 155, i lose really large amounts of fat really fast really easy, but thats mainly bc i eat waaay unnaturally, i binge eat on breads and stuff, and idk i can gain weight really fast (like 20-30 pounds in a month ) or lose it really fast, so far ive seen that in 1 1/2 weeks i can lose up to 10-15 pounds, the only prob is even when i eat small

hmm ok heres one buy spirulina, buy maca, buy dates, and wwatever else u wunna throw in there, almond butter, gojis, banana, raisins, raw cocoa nibs for crunch, agave, or honey dehydrate it and vwa la, (still dunno how 2 spell that) lol
oo and maybe sum coconut oil if u can do that oooh flax for omega,, im getting hungry
