I am much happier in general and have a much more optimistic viewpoint on life. I suffered from depression and panic attacks before raw and both of those conditions completely resolved on raw. I do have moments of what I call "joy", really giddy happiness and connect-edness that feels almost overwhelming, but they are pretty few and far between. Mostly it is just being happier and calme

I"m definitely a fruit person! It makes the most sense to me. I feel the best on a high fruit low fat diet that includes plenty of greens. Too much fat makes me feel tired and sluggish, and gives me yeast problems.

Hello all,
I recently started a raw coaching service that will focus on helping people with the emotional, mental and social aspects of going and staying raw. I know from personal experience that those are the areas in which people usually face the greatest challenges. Please go to my website for more information as well as my raw transformation story. www.rawhealing.com
Thanks!

The main thing that I try to avoid is mixing fruits and fats. Fats are best with greens. I also always eat melon alone. Other than that I seem to be ok. Although I am gravitating more towards mono eating after couple years of being raw now, I find that I feel the best when I eat mono.
Take care,
Audrey

Hi there,
I was VERY ill and healed completely on a raw diet. Check out my story on the success story board.
If you have been raw for awhile and aren't experiencing healing, you diet and lifestyle likely needs some fine tuning. Nora Lenz is an awesome raw nutritional consultant that could help you. I've done a few consultations with her over the last couple of years and she helped me a gre

Hello,
I just wanted to share my one year story with you
guys. I am coming up on my one year anniversary of
eating 100% high fruit/low fat raw without any slip
ups! I was about 80% raw for a year prior to that.
I am so proud of myself. I would never have
imagined a few years ago that I could do something
like this. I am so glad that I got as sick as I did so
that I can have the opportun
