I feed my own dog on raw frozen pork rib about once a week. She loves it. It works for her. I trust both dog and owner intelligence to choose. If the dog does not want the bone, it wont eat it. Hi Mira, you are not the only one!!!! DM is right when he stated that learning to regulate new found energy is a great challenge! I went for days without sleeping and became mentally, emotionally and physically exhausted. It took me several months, but eventually settled. I suggest you experiment with different foods at varying times of the day. It may be worth keeping a diary. I had t

A frozen pork rib bone daily removes tartar build up quickly and efficiently. two ribs a week helps prevent recurrence.

Ill health brought me to look at a RV diet about five years ago. I have had several attempts at Rv. First, I tried gourmet. I loved to cook, so preparing complicated recipes and placing them in the dehydrator helped with transitional habit breaking. I ate lots of dehydrated foods. It didnt suit me. I then tried the wheatgrass, sprouting/low fruit approach. I didnt like it, but it did su

Last year, I juiced a few runner beans that i had grown and added them to my morning veggie juice. About 10 mins later, i was sick. I tried it again later in the season as i could not be sure the beans had caused the sickness, however, I was sick again. I could not find any info about possible toxicity, so it may have been a personal allergy. Maybe the liquid form was too concentrated.

As i read, I realised that cleaning up my diet cultivated the desire to practice the other healthy lifestyle choices. I eat well, so am no longer sick. I sleep better, I have more energy so therefore wish to exercise regularly. As i have had several attempts at a raw diet, I recognise this pattern. I feel very peaceful eating a raw diet. Things just don't bother me, like they do when i

My smoothie disaster was adding rainbow chard into a Gs. It looked so beautiful, so full of goodness. Never again! Far too bitter for me! I stick to juicing it these days. The other mistake i have made was trying to'rescue' a bad mix. I just ended up wasting more beautiful produce!

Fear of feeling. I know this is what sent me spinning out of control when i lost a loved one five months ago. I just wanted to numb the pain. I didnt want to feel it or watch my family feel it either. It was all too much. Within a short time i became sick, but even this was easier to deal with than actually feeling the pain of loosing a loved one. maybe on some level i needed to be th

Hi Brian Raw buffet. Great idea! I experience a deeper connection to nature when eating raw. I feel peaceful and balanced. The same stresses still hit, but i react in a much more emotionally balanced way when raw. I have recently returned to raw after five traumatic cooked eating months. (Post bereavement which sent me spinning out of control) Although im experiencing rapid toxin elimi
