Even when a vehicle (which is a pure mechanical thing )is not running properly, we don't just pour in more gas. There are many parts to consider. Cancer cells have lost their intelligence, they attach each other. The body needs a cleansing and gradual rebuilding process for them to regain their natural state. Oxygen and water are key elements in the normal and natural functioning of the cel

My problems with these health gurus is the supplement issue. If you are not eating the dead and health damaging cooked food, not eating the health destroying meat and fish, not drinking the bad milk, your are not destroying nutrients thru blending, not eating the sugar loaded fruits... And you are eating the nutrient rich micro greens, the protein loaded blue green algae, detoxing using the

Thanks Tai for the info on blue green algae. Yes you are correct Brian body is small. I am about the same size so that gave me some comfort but I guess he is probably healthier than me. I do not take supplements. Before meeting him, I thought he was bigger from some pictures I saw on the net. Gabriel is taller and thinner but I think he is very healthy too especially for his age. So

QuoteAnon 102 didn't anyone ask the million dollar question? If we can't eat fruit and cooked food then what do we eat? Can anyone give a day's meal from Clement's recommendations? You are so correct. That is the big question. And what makes it so difficult is that they are saying you cannot blend too. At least if we could blend raw food, then one could make nice raw soups for the fa

At one point Brian talked about the health value of the sauna or steam room. And that they had to have that at the hotel or near where they were staying but the price they were given was too high (like 150 dollars or more) for 3 days compared to where they came from. So he had to bargain with them for a low price because he only paid 70 dollars for a year or six months if I recall. He said eve

It was pull ups, he said it many times, pushing his hands up and down. He said 600 many times. It may not have been straight but it was 600 hundred pull ups. But if it was not straight then why mentioned it. I can do 600 within two hours at the gym with in between pauses. Most of the Cousens talks were not just on food but on his body ability to do things that young people at 30 could not

QuoteNuNativs Cousens physical prowess is suspect, he seems too weak to lift up a tea cup, lot's of bragging but little evidence, same as Viktoras. ... I got the same impression when I saw him at first but then I realized that he is 75 years old and is a lot into dry fasting. So it is a choice he made not necessarily a result of a deficient diet. His mind is very sharp so the physical aspect

The seminar did take place on Saturday January 6th 2018. They came and it was a very cold day in New York City and Bill de Blasio was Mayor and Donald Trump was president. The seminar started with a meditation led by Gabriel Cousens on uniting the energy of the spiritual world with the energy of the physical earth. They repeated many times during the seminar that food was only a small p

The problem for me is not even the organic non organic distinction. It is hard to find fruits that are naturally ripening especially in the winter. The other day I bought three very larges florida avocados that were hard and left them on the counter to ripen. When they did after a day or two the inside was dark. The banana is even worse. So I am trying to rethink, do I really need fruits

I will try it on beet root and leaves juice which are very in oxalic acid. It will be interesting to see a quantifiable measure of the effectiveness of the ferment in reducing oxalic aci

I did watch the video and also watched this one I thought was very good And reading the comments from your followers you are an inspiration for many. The raw food life style is difficult to follow in the long run. Even book publishers and preachers on the subject like Victoria Boutenko have gone back to eating cooked food. So if the preachers of yesterday cannot maintain it how do we ge

There is famine in many parts of the world like in Ethiopia and Yemen. What these hungry people need is packaged food like bread, rice, grains not juices and raw smoothies. The raw living food life is the best but another level. We need to be practical. The saviors like Jesus or Mother Theresa understood that and took their own spirituality to the level of these dying people, the

It is human nature. We rejoice when somebody else business has issues because our own is a failure I remember one case in high school. I was doing very poorly in a math exam and came out of the class early feeling very bad. Few minutes later my best friend came out and said he did poorly too. I felt better.

Good points Tai but I would be hesitant eating fermented foods from Asian Markets. The problem is that food markets becoming globals and the need to make money traditional practices are thrown out and people resort to all types of methods to get their products into the markets. Here some examples from Asian fish farms. QuoteTilapia in China's fish farms, are fed pig and goose manure —

QuoteTai If you use hemp seeds whole (shelled), you get the same protein, but you will have to consume a lot of fat, which isn't desirable if you have a sedentary job and don't need so many calories. For women, anyway, 15g hemp protein (fat and some fiber has been removed), is a decent source for protein and iron. I don't use it very often, just when I am feeling deficient. I micro grow sunf

I did go to the durian store in new york. It is actually not far from my work place. But the fruit was out of season they told me so they had only the frozen ones. From 5 to 10 dollars a pound. Bought 5 pounds. Creamy and sweet. Waiting for when they are in season.
