I respect his family's decision not to share the cause of his death but for someone who wrote books on diet and long life, it would be good to know the cause of his death.
He died at 77, the average age for men, many of whom were not on a raw and plant-based diet.
We can acknowledge that he had a massive stroke at 18 but then that proves that diet and exercise alone cannot cure everything.
