i have always been under the impression that one shouldn't ferment seeds, or coconuts, etc which have been ground up for more than 6-8 hours. is this not true? how do you know if its gone 'bad' as opposed to fermented?

thanks, sproutarian man another question, do you ever mix algae's with your yogurts? I know chlorella has the growth factor, would this in theory make the yogurts much more potent?e

looks like TSM was right, sprouting is the way of the future... so much of the produce at whole foods comes from california, especially the conventional produce. i wonder if they're looking into this matter at all.

I love hot peppers i use a 160,000 hu cayenne pepper in my smoothies, up to a heaping tablespoon. i'm interested to learn more about the heat unit measurements. bump, a few more criticisms on dan has anyone seen this embarrassing video of him doing 'pull ups'? this is the type of raw vegan stuff that makes me cringe. he's trying to prove that raw vegans aren't weak and scrawny by showing up looking extremely thin and doing pull ups completely wrong. are they a reliable vendor? they have korean chlorella for less than 20 bucks a pound, and spirulina for less than ten dollars. i found that quite astounding.
