Hi,
This is the toughest part about being Vegan when others in the Family, or at work, are not. We, including Grandma, are growing in conscious awareness (The "Shift" is happening).
Somethings you might try, are; (if grandma is open to it) Ask Grandma if you can help out, then bring a new twist on her recipe (substitute her non-vegan ingredients), then bring the cup cakes, un-iced.

Hi Everyone,
Just wonder if anyone has any new research on B12. Has anyone done anymore recent studies on Red Clover, and Comfrey?
