Well, raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar is very efficient at killing athlete's foot, and since yeast is also a fungus, perhaps generously swabbing the affected area with raw acv several times a day would expediate the healing?

I agree that her wardrobe choices were unflattering, especially on the first episode, but Alissa is NOT fat, she's a body builder. Personally, I do not find this body type the most attractive, but calling her fat is absurd. Scroll down to her after pictures and see where she's flexing her biceps in that sports bra. She's all muscle:

I think it's really sad that the newest raw bandwagon so many people are jumping onto is the anti-fruit one. Why does there always have to be a new fad that people follow like sheep every six months? What is your position on spirulina and blue green algae? Stephen: We don't promote consuming anything that has been denatured -- even in the slightest bit. Pills and powders are not natural, of course. If you want to eat algae, go to a lake and eat raw algae as other natural creatures do. I eat a diet similar to 8/1/1 but with a few modifications. I did it to the tee and found that it was a little too low in fat for me (I'm about 15-20% now) and I also do a lot of juicing, which Graham is mostly opposed to. I do really well on a high fruit diet, but find that I do GREAT when I'm drinking a lot of green juices too.
