Hey guys, latley Ive been getting a whole bunch of my favorite fruits and veggies and juicing them. I find it easier to get most of my daily vits, minerals etc by juicing and it saves me a world of time (i stick them in the vitamix then strain using nut milk bag) Would it be safe to consume mainly juice? I do eat some cooked foods such as grains and tea. I know juicng is very healthy,

I agree with wheetgrass yogi, it will become apparent to you what a fantastic investment your quality blender will be instantly! I currently use the vitamix 5000 and i love it! im considering buying a vita prep3 tho bc of the extra horspower it boasts. Also, with the higher power blenders, you are getting more health benefits from your fruit n veg as they are blended to a micron level. Thi

Thanks WY ! I dont have alot of free time during the day, so i find cramming in as many as possible beneficial in more ways then one. I also use water alot too. I actually prefer it with water, I find i can taste all the different fruits and veg when using it. If you are using water and find the smoothie to be abit strong, I find adding some fresh lime balances out the other ingredients pe

Hey everyone. Just reveived my green star juicer today. It looks pretty nifty and runs quiet etc. One problem I seem to be having is that the pulp casing gets clogged with pulp. Even when I adjust the outlet knob to try and correct it, the problem is still present. Is it normal for the fine screen to get so clogged up too? It even seems as tho the juicer is filling up with juice, as when i

Yeh! you end up saving 2/3 per serving! Counts for alot, especialy when you take it everyday.. Jgunn, hey When you say for e.g Brazil Nut PROTEIN Powder, do you mean all the protein has been specialy extracted from the nut? I thought it was just the nuts, but finley powderd. Just sounds like the protein count would be too high. If it was just the protein that was derived, wouldnt a serving gi
