Can I fast on wheat grass juice? I find this easier to tolerate than other juices.

Hey,
I recently started eating 75% raw. Prioir to this my diet was 100% organic, diary, sugar and wheat free. At the time I was having what seemed like gallbladder symtoms and tried the grated beet with lemon juice and flax oil which really helped.
Now I find that an hour or so after I meal I get so nauseaous I feel like I will vomit - but so far I haven't. And then I start to burp and b

I think I will go with fruit then. Is there a limit to how much I can have a day?

I've had that happen in the past, not with bananas but with other foods I was intolerant to. Could you avoid bananas for a few days?

My raw diet is going really well. I am able to eat fruit now, which I couldn't tolerate before, in fact it energizes me. My skin has cleared up, my eneregy is up, my anxiety is completely gone. This is after only 3 weeks on 75% raw. Now my focus is on healing my gut and food allergies.
To accomplish this I am considering doing a fast of either just fruits or just vegetables, ie. no nuts, see

10. bleeding bowel
I have been raw for three weeks now and have felt well. Now suddenly today my bowel is bleeding and I have a lot of cramping. Should I be worried? I just find it strange that I never had this before and you would think on raw that I would be getting better, not worse. Could this be a form of detoxing?

Thanks for the replies. I never thought of the fat connection. The strange thing is that I am on day 4 of all raw now and I feel fine after the veggies but whenever I eat fruit I get heart palpitations and feel really tired and weak, sore joints etc. That it why I worry it is related to the candida.

Hi,
I just started eating a living raw diet 3 days ago. I am hoping this will help me overcome a number of health problems.
One of my concerns however is that I have a problem with yeast infections and candida. I think this diet will help because I will not be eating starches and the enzymeds in the raw food should help replenish the flora in my gut. However, I am wondering if eating the
