I have never had a problem bringing whole fruits on the airplane, but I guess it depends where you are coming from. I usually bring apples, carrots, dried fruit, and nuts.

I was involved in a car accident about a week ago where I was rear-ended and also pushed into the car in front of me. I have some neck, back, and headache pain from all of this. I also think that I had a mild concussion since I have been having some concentration and memory problems since then. I'm trying to figure out the best way to relieve some of my pain. Of course the hospital prescribed

Is that healthy to have your period go away after a certain amount going raw? It doesn't seem like that should happen if you are eating enough calories/fats. It seems like that may be damaging for younger girls in their 20s and 30s who would want to get pregnant in the future.

Wow it has been a little while since I posted last...since last time I posted I took a trip out to San Diego to visit my sister (where I had a bunch of foods I should not have eaten) but in the last few days I have read a few of the books that I ordered and have decided that going 100% raw is the right path for me. I have spent almost two months now doing anywhere from 50-95% raw, but now is the

I love working with the younger ones too. Infants are my favorite group to work with, it is just so fun and exciting watching them go through all the developmental milestones within their first year so quickly. I don't think I could ever teach middle school children, I guess I should never say never....but I think like you said dewey, too much drama and hormones.

I'm not sure if it is a natural contraceptive or not, but I know that breastmilk has lots of benefits for providing immunity to an array of conditions/disorders.

I was just curious about what everyone did for a living...or maybe I'm just being noisy. It seems like there are many people here that make a living by helping people Right now I am a senior in college studying early childhood education. I recently became a Certified Educator of Infant Massage. I teach parents and caregivers how to bond and attach with their infants through nurturing touc

It used to be ice cream...but now I think it is chips/crackers (which is weird for me, I used to only eat pretzels instead of the real bad junk food munchies)

I've been about 50% raw today...yesterday I was feeling the stomach pains/discomfort from eating at the buritto place the day before. I always have some kind of adverse reaction from cooked food now, so I should just try to avoid it as much as possible. I need to think more about what I am putting into my mouth. Sometimes I'll be eating junk and realize that I'm not even hungry and what I'm eatin

Today has been a great day full of friends and sunshine, I love living by the beach Went out last night with some friends and didn't go to sleep until around 430am, and got up around 9. I woke up without feeling tired at all even though I had very little sleep. From raw foods maybe? My eczema has gotten so much better the last two days which I attribute to eating almost 100% raw. Improving my

Hello everyone, I have been browsing this forum for about a month now and finally created an account after realizing that I want to change my lifestyle a bit. About a month ago I started adding raw fruits, veggies, and nuts to my diet in an attempt to get rid of my mild(but worsening) eczema, allergies, and asthma. Within the past month I have noticed that I feel so much better when I stick with a
