I have a HUGE overeating problem and began today to overcome it. I am fruitarian and all I eat is fruit but MAN I eat ALOT!! Fruit is magic! It heals, it cleanses, and its the ultimate way to eat. I dont desire veggies either, not at all! I get everything I need from fruit. Many criticize this lifestyle but thats ok, it works great for me and I get all the nutrients I need, variety is key.

If I want greens I eat cucumbers and bell peppers,yellow,green,red,orange peppers, and zuchinni,avocados. I just read the book"Fruit:The Ultimate Diet" and fruit has everything we need,nutrients,minerals, etc and we do not need to count calories and fats etc, just simply eat when hungry, till full and till full not BLOATED or STUFFED! theres a good bit of magnesium in avocados, theres like 35% in just one and I know some like to limit OVERT fats, I dont think 2 a day is bad when you eat a lot of fruit.just a thought,. rob

Oh I forgot to mention, SOAK them! they taste better and they have more nutrition after soaked. I always have a jar of seeds soaking at all times, just overnight, then in the morning dump them in a cullander and leave them for the day to dry, unless you have a dehydrator, I dont so I just let them dry out during the day and eat them for dinner. Depends on the person, for me I eat SEEDS they are better for you and most nuts you dont know if theyre raw or not especially almonds. Ok, Well Im pretty much fruitarian with the exception of greens for dinner and seeds. I eat fruit all day and greens for dinner so thats basically the 80/10/10 diet. Ok I went to fitday and looks like I can have zero avocado and zero seeds, and the fats and protein come out to 5% each, actually I can have half an avacado or 1/4 cup seeds but thats not enough to worry about. But good news is I can have a TON of bananas and fruit in general so thats great!! I guess Ill just have an avocado maybe once a week as a treat. Rob

I know 10 % of my daily calorie intake is how many calories of fat I can have ,same with protein but I don't know what my daily calorie intake is supposed to be,I know average is 2000 but for me that's too low. I'd say 3000, so it looks like 1 avocado and just under half cup of seeds
