if yes, i recommend 3-5 days water fasting
with dry skin brushing and tongue scraping
20 min sunbathing, deep breathing
and finally fasting from tv, computer and media

weird thing just this week
i noticed what i thought was mouse droppings under the cooler drawers in my refridge
very odd.
so i layed a bed of baking soda to watch for mice footprints
today when i looked again there were the droppings as before
but no mice tracks
so i put my glasses on for closer inspection only to find
the droppings are actually dead gnats!

john even mentioned my 2 main groceries
i'd seen those huge mangos and always assumed
they were from thousands of miles away
by tonight i hope to have a couple keitts
breathing in the kitchen

we have no idea what kind of chemicals really went into it

the golden delicious are falling like rain here
my neighbors ignore them i suppose due to bruising, cracks and worms
i've noticed something new this year
the bruised parts are super sweet
and im thinking just like how blood rushes to our injuries

maybe you could experiment without any nuts or nut butter
since they are quite dense and difficult to digest
esp in that most are moldy and/or rancid even if they dont smell like it

i read years ago in sunfood diet
that watermelon eaten as a whole
(not the entire watermelon, altho i've done that too)
a whole meaning: flesh, seeds and rind
is the closest to perfect of all foods
in macronutrients
for one food in and of itself
i believe that is how i have been able to go
for many summers thriving on only watermelon
but everyone is different
