Fascinating man, I have a ton of his books, had them for years, they're great.Yes, he made a raw bread but he also had baked ones. The peanuts in his recipes were always baked in a fairly low heat oven.
He believed that with a fruit and bread diet and two days of fasting per week, we could live 1000+ years. Unfortunately he only lived to the age of 74...

I'm not sure, I haven't personally experienced these things, but it could just be wishful thinking or self delusion. I'm interested in Life after Life but who really knows that's why I say let's just enjoy what WE have now which seems relatively RARE if WE look around us.

The "creator" is not foolish in that it arranged the Sun/LIGHT to be the center around which WE revolve so that even an idiot could comprehend. Tai, you can take issue about my "aggressive" stance, but I find that promoting "take the vow of silenece and meditate 22 hours per day as a recluse" is harmful to those who listen.

That's why I think a daily regimin og Tonic Herbs is a must on raw foods and vegan diets. I read a quote somewhere that "a vegan diet is insufficient without the tonic herbs" but unfortunately did not save the source. I think the great mistake of purists like the NH movement is that discredit all supplements across the board...
