Hey all,
I wanted to share a little something I wrote last year around Christmas
it was really just emotions pouring out of me from the way I really felt then. I felt that way for years and years really it came from being so alone so much and having nothing to look forward too other than whatever I could do by myself it got too sad.

I'm not really sure how much of the "food grade" wax would actually get through the skin I would really wash them well before peeling though.

Hi Jodi,
awww I can't sing anymore cause sick with stomach and lung troubles, I'm in bad shape physically.
I used to love to sing though alot mostly soft to hard rock alot of balads stuff from Bon Jovi to Goo Goo dolls to U2 to Richard Marx to Keith Urban and Gin Blossoms all different stuff and I loved writing songs I never could make music to go with them though I only could sing.

Hi Wheatgrass Yogi,
I'm not sure on keeping it frozen I put mine in bag with ice and get it home in a few minutes from health food store, it sounds like Dynamic Greens may be less expensive though cause the evergreen cubes are .6 oz which sounds about the same price as Dynamic Greens smallest quantity, not sure though cause I can't think so well these days, you think it could be more affordable

Evergreen only sells it straight to health food stores I get 20 cubes for 20 dollars I'm not sure how it compares with Dynamic greens when I first got it I really desparately wanted some right away and wanted to try small amount. Ya flash frozen means like Wheatgrass Yogi said its really quickly brought to a cold chilled temp of about 35 or so degrees than frozen really quickly in like 5 minutes or something give or take. This keeps it alot more fresh and keeps more of its lifeforce and well you know all that stuff, lol!! in tact. In my freezer it takes about 3 hours to freeze green juice like wheatgrass

Hi pampam,
I think it would be excellent for your father and your brother I've had alot of sickness and health problems and been through alot and I've really found alot of help in using frozen cubes. They really are amazing!!! If you feel uncomfortable ordering so much or spending so much you may wanna try your local health food store to see if they sell any outdoor grown frozen wheatgrass

Thanks for letting us know how it went I haven't been around for a while I've been following this forum alot the last couple weeks though and its been so good to see others finally talking good about flash frozen wheatgrass.
I've been using frozen wheatgrass cubes from <> on and off for about a year or something like that now. I love the milder taste and more so

I agree with wheatgrass yogi. The fibers of wheatgrass are way too sharp and abrassive for our system. I feel its very important to always strain with a fine strainer unless of course you pressed it with Norwalk or welles or k&k press and its already totally fiber free

Hi knownalien,
wheatgrass is young wheat used in its grass stage as opposed to grain.
I always found wheatgrass goes really nice with carrot juice and its also alot easier for a beginner than just straight shots or mixing it with just water as the carrot helps make it more palatable and easier to digest.
