sunflower green stems can be pretty fibrous. the green sprig is easy to chew. It's about quantity. If you have a little, you make a salad. If you have a lot, you juice them.
HHI has documented the nutrition in sprout juice.

This winter I have been loving the citrus. My current favorite is Pomellos! It's hard to say a favorite because I love love love sweet mexican limes/lemons, Sweet mexican lemons are so good, it's hard to believe they are real. It's such an amazing wonderful treat in the dead of winter. But even more amazing than sweet lemons are the pink Pomellos. Oh, they are not only good, but the color and

to be clear, I have bought many pineapples of all kinds and colors and degrees of ripeness.
WHen I buy a green pineapple, i let it ripen EXCEPT for the rare kind that explicitly states "super sweet", then I know it is ripe and ready to open, even in a green state.

I already said I did. But they had big paper labels wrapped around the neck, saying very sweet or something like that. They WERE very sweet and ripe, even though they were green. But without the label, they are just regular green pineapples that cut your skin.

do you or anyone else have any evidence that any sickness at the WFF this year or any other year was caused by bacteria or virus?
Tai:
I wasn't there nor do I personally know anyone who went there. (I met Lou but I never met Dan). Relistening to Dan the Man shows he already had an infection before he went to WFF. IT got out of control and antibiotics took care of it. It it wasn't an

THanks Fresh.
Wow, $400,000 to put the WFF on. Incredible.
Mike Arnstein is incredibly passionate and generous.
Amazing synchronicity that the papaya farm came in to save the day.
I am not tempted to go to NY, but maybe Hawaii one day.

I've been to camping events with thousands (mostly omnivores) and they did have a first aid campsite with volunteers and people were constantly being helped for infections, trauma, etc. Clearly with raw food, there is more risk, but still water purity, handling dishes and utensils is still an issu

The herpes that this guy and his friend both contracted is more likely a result of their lifestyle issues, rather than the friend eating coconut cake from the trash. Has anyone ever seen the cause of herpes being described as eating foods that may have some bacteria on them? Even in mainstream medical science, herpes is not a bacterial disease.
Tai:
Right Prana, herpes is a virus. S

Just so you know - in the video he does not say they ate the coconut cake made with the dumpster dived for ingredients nor that the cold sores came from that.

If you listen from 13:00 to 15:00, he strongly implies that is what caused the herpes. He strongly implies that he was "ordered" to get these used coconuts and that Orlin ate the cake, got herpes and gave them to N

The video Fresh posted led me to this video:
He talks about his cold sores in this video.
But more importantly he said he gained 40+ pounds in 20 days?! eating cooked food. Moreover, some days he only ate 800 calories and maximum 2000 calories. What's the explanation? Niko said it is water weight.
This is one of the most compelling raw food videos I have ever seen. Poor Orlin, but

When you say chronic sciatica is a warning of weakness, do you mean muscular weakness? For several years I did strengthening exercises my chiropractor and physiotherapist gave me. They helped keep the pain under limits. After a while I realised that even if I did not do them the pain remained the same, which was not the case in the beginning. I am assuming that this meant that I ha

If the chef made the cake with coconuts from the trash and the others fetched the coconuts for the chef to do that I think they are all at fault but the chef more so as they should have been a trained professional and it wouldn't have happened if there hadn't been a chef's order.

Yes, I agree that the chef is more at fault, yet isn't Orlin supposed to be a chef too? It sounded

You know what, I am not buying into the blame shifting. I listened to it again (just for one minute at 13:00) and supposedly the chef ordered Orlin and others to dig through the trash to get the coconuts. SO who dug through the trash? Orlin and others. NOT the chef. So who did it? Orlin and others. And then they blame the chef when they did it? Was the chef going to fire them if they refused

We do know that Dan did a lot of handling of his own and other people's food at WFF, though, with what he says was an already brewing bad untreated infection - and almost surely with his usual third world food handling hygiene in practice...

I watched that second clip where Dan got out of the hospital. In it, he said that he had no health insurance and the next time that would happen, he would go to Mexico and just get the strongest antibiotic.
In another video, he said that the infection got out of control because he didn't have his herbs around him. Okay so why go to Mexico and not to your herbs? It might be the same re

thanks Fresh.
So Dan the man already had an earache before he went to WFF. So, the fact that an infection overtook him was not necessarily a fault of poor hygiene of food preppers at WFF.
He said he drank 0.5 to 1.0 gallon of orange juice daily for a long time prior to ear ache. He says that caused the old methamphetamines in his brain to break loose.
I wonder. For sure, I used to g

I never heard Morse say he worked as an R.N. when he worked in a hospital's ER on any of his videos - and I was listening specifically for what capacity he worked there in. Is that something he told you in person rather than on a video? I did hear, somewhere, that he had a wife who was an R.N. If he has a bona fide R.N. degree why would that be the one he leaves off his credentials while

Robert MOrse is a fruitarian dreamer, who once ate a mono diet of pure navel oranges for six months in his 20s, I think before he had kids. He claimed to do a lot of astral traveling during his mono orange diet.

I listened to the whole tale. Fermented lychees and coconuts? Unripe peaches? I was a little suspect about having a fruitfest in New York. Or maybe they could hire the Sproutarian Man to mass produce l

with regards to what Horsea said, yes sprouting sesame and poppy seed first is a bonus before making a milk, paste or yogurt. THe sproutarian man has shared the high nutrients when sprouted and fermented.
Sprouting and fermenting is far superior to roasting. But sprouting and making a paste or milk is good too.
I made a video of what poppy and sesame sprouts look like in my youtube channel.

I and thou,
i met a man at a fruitluck who said he would get tooth pain when he ate dates. I guess he was eating a lot of dates trying to be more vegan. He went to a dentist who found nothing wrong with his teeth. If you go to a doctor and they find nothing wrong with your kidneys, are you going to continue eating dates or are you going to stop eating them and see if your problem improves?

Lou Corona teaches that men can eat 1-2 cups of nuts and seeds a day on the raw diet, but only in the following way:
-soak nuts and seeds overnight. He recommends 24 hours for almonds
-Blend wih a little water and add a probioic and blend until a puree.
-Let sit 4 hours and refrigerate.
The probiotic breaks the fat down into fatty acids, so the nuts don't sit in your stomach.

I have placed many green pineapples out in the sun for up to 5 days and maybe even longer and they ripened. They go from green to golden. It is possible to leave them out even longer than 5 days, but you have to touch them to make sure they are not fermenting. Sometimes even after they turned mostly yellow, they still retained one green spot and so I left them to ripen that one spot and that i
