I watched the two videos of Rawvana talking about cooked food. It seems beyond the weather. For one, she calls Cafe Gratitude her favorite restaurant. Cafe Gratitude has a lot of raw dishes, but the raw entrees are not so satisfying there. (Their raw wrap is forgettable and not something I would order again.) So it was only a matter of time before she ate the signature dishes. They have a lot

To organic, it's not just one mushroom, it's a method of increasing D in many mushrooms, although some will have higher values depending on the kind of mushroom. Also, it's not forever. Maybe eating the mushrooms for 1-2 months daily per year during winter. Organic, look, not everyone can eat meat and dairy and you need to accept that. There are foods and supplements to meet those needs.

But I do disagree with dismissing fruit just because research has been done on showing negative effects of fructose. Some fruit can be loaded with antioxidants, vitamins and other nutrients vital to healing.

Brian Clement on Max and Charlotte Gerson and the Gerson Program 12:30 to 14:30 Brian loves the Gersons, but he thinks that they need to grow. He has a team that is reading the research and he is convinced that they should update the program to reflect the research about fructose and cancer. The Gerson program does not forbid fruit. (as I recall, in the Gerson program a green apple

Tai Yes, plus since the ear is a microcosm of the whole body, the infection and irritation is not just localized, it has a referring affect to the related tissue/organ/body part. Some argue the teeth are a microcosm too.

Interesting video SueZ. I only watched a minute. How could any health person add sugar to melon? By the way, every woman I have ever worked on who has a belly ring, eventually I coax them to remove it. Having a hole with metal in the ren channel creates a disruption in that meridian. So when women come to me with gynecological issues, I have to explain the connection and they remove it e

I listened to this Brian clement lecture: Brian Clement-Sugar The Kiss Of Death As usual, I was dismayed that he lumped all fruit into one category, which Robert Morse doesn't do and yet... I thought there was good information in it, such as this: At 40 minutes, Brian said that the initial gulf war syndrome was from aspartame poisoning. The sodas were dumped in the desert with over

Thanks for the appreciation, TSM. Thanks for living and showing such a unique style of eating and drinking. Chia grass juice...that's so unique. I forgot to mention Suncloud, Rawgosia and Panchito. Suncloud's posts were educational and it was nice to hear about her sharing about other raw vegan educators. I credit Rawgosia for giving me the courage to eat so much passion fruit. Her pics

I liked reading about Ela's journey. She seems to have no guile. SHe finally settled the case that one can indeed gain excess weight on a fruit and vegetable diet, at least for a woman. THere was a huge question mark with Freelee's and DR's assertion that you can eat all the fruit you want and not gain weight and some overweight women were saying that's not true and how they gained 10,20 and ev

Brian Clement said in the podcast: "she called me and said, “My tumors are growing back, but not my cancer.” So, this is our icon, I’m holding my breath saying, “Oh my God, if she goes down with cancer, I’m even doubting what we’re doing here!” Tai Wow, this is so telling. Hi RHB, I found that there are Chinese herbalists in Vietnam Since vomiting can be caused by different things, it would pay to contact an herbalist for a more specific formula. Chinese formulas are great to stop vomiting and treat various sicknesses. You also have to go by what's in stock at their pharmacy and do the best with what's available. It pays to have a couple formulas like this

By the way, there was a woman named Kris Carr, who made a video called Crazy Sexy Cancer and I once rented it, expecting to hear about her cure. Where I live, the persimmon season seems very long. For the aussies out there, it is now cold winter in the United States, yet some fruit is in season, like a full range of citrus, persimmons, grapes, apples, strawberries, pomengranate, etc. I usually wait until the persimmons are so soft that I peel the outer skin, leaving the orange part intact, especially with the hachiya variety. P.S. I am reminded of one tenet of the incurables program and it was essential to get rid of a certain percentage of one's belongings***** (please see note). One case RIchard had was a woman whose cancer was not healed even though she did the detox and herbs. So Richard put on his karate outfit (he was a black belt and brick breaking champion) and took his machete and went to her home. He was
