Lisa: Always remember: YOUR BODY KNOWS BEST! Initially it had to adjust to raw foods, after many years of not having been exposed so thoroughly to them. But see how incredible the body is? Within a week you're experiencing major changes. Imagine how healthy you will be a year into your raw foods life? Congrats on your success to date. More to come!!!!!!!!!!!! Blissed be, Annie

Thank you again A. Great post. Read all studies I could access & see clearly more has been done than I thought. However, still much more must be done before "raw foods" becomes our mainstay dietary standard. Essentail fatty acids are critical to endocrine/immune/nervous system status. Cle anest raw sources must be combined with raw veggies, fruits (sometimes) and seaweeds f

I would recommend GC's Phase 1 of Rainbow Diet. Truly, in my opinion there is not a better cleanse. Now there are other things you can do as well, once you have cleansed for about three weeks. Andres Moritz's liver/kidney/gallbladder cleanses are incredible! Personally and professionally, I have experienced major health gains via his recommended flushed. His books are available at amazo

The only fruits I know that can be eaten if you are ill are pineapples and berries, but again sparingly. The facts remain the facts - if you are not ill, you of course can eat more fruits. Studies indicate that cancer cells (we have them ALL THE TIME in our bodies) grow faster with processed sugars, grain sugars and fruit sugars. They grow slowest with veggie sugars. Just the simple facts

To All: Again, my personal and professional experience with zeolite, both powered and liquid, has been very good. I agree with Mike: we are FILLED with chemicals, metals and other toxins we may have not yet even isolate. Zeolite, as NCD or otherwise, is a very effective chelator. Additionally, it has shown efficacy against certain cancer cells. While I am a true believer in keeping all

The debate is quite educational, not meant to be THE ANSWER. Think we all know there is NO ANSWER. There is only that which WORKS FOR EACH OF US PERSONALLY. After all, each person's DNA is VERY different, so how could there be ONE answer? "The Protein Debate" is important if you are reading "The China Study." Blissed be, Annie

Have had clients who have seen dramatic results with powdered form - return to health and well-being, along with specific diet (Phase 1 of Rainbow) from chronic degenerative illnesses. Would highly recommend both forms, liquid and powder, however. Blissed be, Annie

There is a great debate called "The Protein Debate" with T. Colin Campbell PhD and Loren Cordain, PhD, discussing particularly Campbell's "The China Study" claims. You can easily find it on the web. Blissed be, Annie

Also, there is a GREAT Workbook/DVD series from ChiDiet.com newletter provide

I have to disagree with arguments against GC's Rainbow Diet - my clients do extremely well with it. & I have been trained at HHI, where I watched most people, UNLESS THEY WERE SEVERELY TOXIC, move through Phase 1 just fine. I myself had wondrous results when I first did it, with slight detox reactions. But then, I do it every year, so my level of toxicity is rather low. Some detox is expec

OK. Just sometimes they are all over the place. & your question is not stupid. I carry a card in my wallet, right next to my drivers license, stating my food requirements. Rosemary: Eat all red and orange vegetables and fruits....Vit A and beta Cs should do the trick. Carrot juices are best, but do what you can do. ONLY ORGANIC, and farmfresh if possible. Raw eggs, if you are able to eat animal products, are also a great source of nutrients for the eyes. BUT ONLY IF YOU ARE OK EATING FARMFRESH, ORGANIC, FERTILE EGGS, SHAKEN NOT MIXED. Blissed be, A

Arugula: Thank you so much for posting again these studies. I will indeed, when I can take time away from clients, read or re-read all. Needless to say, with so many people unhealthy, I must allocate my time accordingly. But I do appreciate the posting - we all should be reading these studies, in my opinion Am so glad we are essentially on the same page. Have a great New Year! Blisse

Here's my two cents. Cravings are often indicative of something else going on in the body, in your life. Particularly sugar and salt cravings. Are you getting enough essential minerals from seaweeds, algae, chlorella and other such sea plants, which are very high in minerals ( which should offset your salt craving)? If you are eating raw, living foods sugars, from fruits and vegetables, t

Estrogen Dominance and Health In our youth, when our hormones are balanced, everything from digestion to immunity works properly. We feel great, look great, have the energy of youth and our sex drive is normal. Our body performing at its best and we feel blessed, invincible, and forever young. Hormonal imbalance is created when the ratio of estrogen to progesterone sways too much one way or

Also, please do note: NO ONE ON THIS BOARD HAS EVER STATED THAT DIET WILL CURE CANCER. As anyone who works with chronic illness knows: d
