Raw in Ten Minutes by Bryan Au uses little to no equipment BUT he also uses ingredients that I no longer will eat.... I'm pretty creative and use it as a guide when I'm trying to think up something new. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't buy another book.

Maybe this is too simple --- but the last time I did it.... I used the old fashioned orange/citrus reamer style juicer.... you know you cut the pomegranate in half and act like it's a grapefruit or something and twist it around - unless yours is electric and you just wait for the motor thingy to spin...
Worked great and BTW use the same reamer for 3 organic tangerines and mix with the juice f

I've lost 90#s this year - 77ish after going 100% low fat raw vegan in late June. I think it's pretty easy if you eat mostly fruits and fruit-vegies w/some greens/celery and kind of keep the seeds and avacados down to 1ce a week or so --- nuts and I are on a special occasion relationship at the present. I think that the 80/10/10 Diet book by Dr. D. Graham is a good scientifically loaded guide.

I'm looking for a like minded raw-vegan hair stylist or raw-vegan hair salon in NYC! I want a good cut or trim w/some style BUT I do NOT want any chemicals... is there any one out there that does this? If you don't and you cut hair - why not start? I can't be the only one out there who'd love good advice from a professional hair person who's like minded!
