i am finishing up day three of 100 percent ( my first ever success this many days in a row) and i have NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOo detox... no head aches, no cravings that make me think twice ( wanted starbucks yesterday for a minute), no acne, no weird poo or pee, no emotional highs or lows, no ANYTHING.... i have been 80-10-10 two days and yesterday i had 26 percent fat from .5 cup pignolias...

ohhhh lisa... YES GOOOOOO GUUUURLLLLLLLLL I have had people think my kid A was nuts! he eats cucumbers like M&M's and strawberries and cherry tomatoes and EVERY fruit and veggie under the sun..... he likes tofu and WHOLE WHEAT everything... he tells me if he has eaten enough and NEVER over eats... he tells me if something had to omuch sugar in it and then he asks me not to give it to him

I am happy to see your story here.... i too in the past have suffered from hypoglycemic black outs, but have never even worried about them on this raw "diet" i am usually about 80 percent as my normal lifetyle but started a new journey to 100 percent a few days ago.... I think you will find great results on raw and i am SO happy your doctor supports you... it is rare

woah... i just wanted to say that i have noticed a LARGE twin mother population here LOL.. my boys will be 6 in july.... i have been 80 raw for ever.. but am trying to push the limits now... ANytime i try to push to 100 i immediatly loose about 10 pounds and then the rest comes off slowly 1-2 a week.... i almost always plateau at about 145 too.... argh.... but if i were to persist, i know it

hi superjuicer... i would suggest somewhere southern whether eastern or western...... lots of sun and warmth means you can grow lots of your own plants too!
