you are both right. I think it's just the paleo bro science dudes are talking about the percent of brain tissue which may be 60%, and the actual percent of total is 10%. not a big deal, and it is meaningless with respect to diet.

1. It's not the same kind of fat as body fat. 2. you don't need to eat dha and cholesterol to feed the brain, as is implied by those promoting fatty diet with scare tactics about the brain.

coco, did you ever go to that farmers market on the beach just south of glasers? i don't remember the name of it - not sure if it's still there. they had mamey sapote smoothies. boxes of bulk greens i saw brian c there once . great market. and glasers market has RAW ice cream to die for, with all kinds of toppings ! best ever.
