Hello all! From personal experience and from research; which car is better for the earth and enviroment; a hybrid (pruis, running on a lot of electric, etc) or a bio-diesel ( diesel, using recycled resteraunt grease, etc)? Apple cider vinager is wonderful! I have looked through the book a little. From my personal expereince, it clears mucus and is just amazing! Just think about it, it is fermented apples! And you know how good apples are for you? Very good! Love and light to all! love

Hello all! Does anybody know what hypothyroidism is cauesd by? I know the whole under production of a certain hormone and all. What is it caused by though? Food? Could it be soy? Inaia, you could try Apple cider vinager. 1-2 ounces 1-3 times a day, in water or alone. I would at least put it into a little water. It really clears mucus. I am a singer too, so this really helps. Do you only eat dinner and a snack before dinner? Have fun! Love to all! love

Jgunn, Thank you for your help! I am trying to get my period back. I lost it from overexercising and probabaly not eating enough for my activity level. Now I eat great! Maybe it was too low of body fat %, I weighed 102-105 lbs at he lowest in the morning w/ some clothes on. At 5"8.
