Moving to Asheville - Seeking Community

We currently live in a Yurt and Bus Conversion in New Hampshire with my 11 year old son. We have some money saved up for land but not enough yet. Looking for others who either have land already or interested in pooling resources and creating a loosely knit intentional community.
