Traumatic Brain Injury recovery.

Date: March 19, 2014 10:34AM I had a traumatic brain injury back in September and I have been unable to recieve proper medical treatement thus far. I can't afford to go to a rehabilitation center and Stem cell therapy can only do so much. I was assaulted repeatedly and I now have vision and speech problems, memory problems, and a growing amount of confusion as well as dysarthia. I used to be a raw food purist but I have fallen off the wagon with years of smoking and heavy alcohol abuse but this was the final straw. I don't want to be semi cured, I want to be better than I was before the attack. But I have little or no hope of recovery. Except for raw foods and stem cell therapy. But it's so hard taking care of myself in regardless. I could pay for food and rent to stay with a raw foodist who can help with my recovery because the environment i'm in makes it difficult too stay raw. I can't let this depression take over. Does raw food help repair your vision, and other damaged parts of the brain? Re: Traumatic Brain Injury recovery.

Date: July 10, 2014 04:13PM Do you know about Cranial Sacral therapy? Its is very effective in treating brain trauma. I have been a therapist using CSP on all kinds of head and body trauma. Many CSP through out the country. I am sure someone would work at a reduced rate if you ask them. Massage therapist trained through Upledger are very good. Also Reconnection Therapy by Eric Pearl. It would work very well with raw foods. Re: Traumatic Brain Injury recovery.

Date: September 02, 2014 04:15AM Just learned from a friend who had traumatic brain injury that getting plenty of oil is critical because, she said, the brain is made of fats. I was talking to her about my mom's stroke. Lot's of coconut oil. Flax and/or fish oil, too.
Whether raw food can help brain injury. . . ? Do you best to eat real food and take heart. Recovery is possible! Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
