Date: June 22, 2007 08:04AM Rustic and charming off-the-grid solar powered cabin (we call them "Jungalows"  on 2 acres of tropical fruit trees and coconut palms. kitchen but no fridge , outdoor bathroom and hot shower facilities amongst giant leaved plants and tropical gingers and hibiscus. Warm summertime ocean, swim with sea turtles a bike ride away. Located in sunny Kapoho just 1 mile inland from some of the best ocean swimming on the island. Have you ever tasted a rollenia? Like lemon-apple custard, like a pomelo sized cherimoya. All the coconuts you can drink (if you can find someone to climb), giant sweet strawberry papayas, 6 kinds of bananas, avocados, mac nuts, passion fruit, guavas...Walk to Pangaia Raw Foods Community.

Date: October 10, 2008 04:21AM Hi there, your jungalows sound enticing! Wondering if there are any available for 2 to 4 weeks (prefer 4!) in december. Let me know, we are flexible.
We are a couple from vancouver island trying to get away from this friggin iceberg for a little break of hot sun and fresh fruit! I could paint murals and help with other aspects (I do have a degree in business administration.) But yes, in addition, to rent of course!
