I have a job working on some rawfood tech, she is looking for work in computer programming (pref. alt. energy but not picky). We're in our late 30s, quiet. Looking for a month to month or preferably 3-6 months lease while we settle into the Bay Area (I've lived in SF before). Our budget is in the $1-2k range, would prefer to live in North Bay, Peninsula, maybe down as far as Santa Cruz, can do one month deposit and last months rent down.
