[www.vegetarianweek.org] [www.rediff.com] Hungarian GM Péter Lékó (ranked #9 in the world) is also vegetarian. Not sure if there are any top level vegan players, of course player's diets are rarely mentioned so I wouldn't know. Re: World Chess Champion Vishy Anand is vegetarian

Date: December 06, 2008 02:06PM The only place I'd be a "top level" player is in a tournament where I played on the highest floor of the building. 
That said, I enjoy the game, and like raw food, it's been a fun way to connect with others. If you ever want to play online check out this thread. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
