I often forget, but sometimes I become aware of them and listen internally for their guidance; sometimes I sit down at the computer and listen, and then I write down what I intuit as I become conscious of it. Not a bad idea! I think pets are great guides. My cat always kept me in line, with just a penetrating look or a well-placed 'mew' at the right moment. Sharrhan:
