Date: May 21, 2009 06:32PM I read today that America's first family has dug up some of the White House lawn to grow vegetables - peas, herbs and spinach were named. Isn't that great. Re: Vegetables on the White House Lawn

More independence More presonal and national economic stability The most important thing an individual can do to help the environment besides perhaps going vegan. More nutrition in your food, and Protection for the worlds seed stock... you can't go wrong. Re: Vegetables on the White House Lawn

Date: June 10, 2009 04:34AM Ya, I heard the first lady a number of times promoting healthy eating (more fruits and vegetables). But I guess it's a case of do as I say, not as I do. Because last week on the nbc tv special, where they followed around the president, the president went to lunch at a place called Five guys burgers and fries. They sell the greasiest, highest fat content hamburgers you ever tasted. The bags they put them in are dripping from the fat. Then they say it was the first lady who turn on the president to this place. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
