looking for people who value a healthy conscience
Date: June 08, 2009 01:53PM

I am trying to find others who have had success with raw food, in conjunction with helping to control behaviors such as volatility and anger. I need the best diet possible for this. If you have any suggestions, please email me. I think my email is on here somewhere.

This is perfect timing for me right now. My husband had increased his partaking of animals and animal products and depression and anger started creeping back in. We are working very hard to get our lives back on track. He put diet back on priority and we noticed a change right away.

Thanks for that great video,Tamukha

In my experience those emotions go far deeper than any diet can penetrate. Being energetic will actually bring these emotions MORE to the surface where you'll have to deal with them. This is a good thing though if you can handle them (and have support).

volatility and anger, huh?

just don't hang out with people as much as possible

til you get more alkaline

people can be an irritant if you are more acidic

being alkaline can help deal with the stress of social interactions if you happen to be more prone to being triggered into angry reactions

as far as the title of your thread , i would say the vast majority of the people here value health otherwise they wouldn't be here

How do you know this?

i don't

but i said it anyways

what are you going to do about it, pakd, huh?

grinning smiley

on the other hand
its just common sense

if someone is volatile and angry
it would make sense to not hang out with other people

firstly, for the OTHER people, ( who he heck wants to be the target of someone else's volatility and anger?)

secondly, if there is no one to go off on, then , it is less likely that the person will become volatile

lastly,

being more alkaline is just a buzzword for being more healthy

thus-ly, if one is more healthy in blood and cells, they have a good starting point to gain more health mentally ( thus less angry )

of course if there are some other reasons other than having junk food chemicals floating around in the blood that is causing that anger

then that person probably knows and its their responsibility to figure out the root and do something about it

but this person was asking about diet and had a hunch there was a link

maybe their hunch was not unfounded

Thanks LaV,

I totally agree. I was hoping you had a reference so I could read more about it.

I am not sure if lonely volatile people are any less volatile. Like if a tree falls in the forest kind of thing.

Diet helps with these issues to the extent that
healthy living (in whatever context) does affect
all areas of life. Acting health (in any context)
begets a healthier person.

However, I often see on this board an overreliance
on diet to cure emotional issues. And diet can
only help so much. Ultimately, a person must face
his/her fears and learn to overcome the emotional
resistance he/she has to healthy living (in all areas
of life).
