Date: April 14, 2010 02:41PM yes i think i would relegate this table to the spot under the trees where i sip my morning tea an listen to the birds , then i could toss my tea bag in there 
i find the bag concept interesting tho it gets away from the traditional tub style of vermiculture and reading into it further , i find it works well for the worms who naturally want to move to the top 12 inches of material to feed . drawback is its small size , it would fill quicker i think for the average person ...Jodi, the banana eating buddhist Re: composting kitchen table hehe

the guy at that post looks like that guy that played the mathematician in "Beautiful Mind" oh yeah, russel crowe he looks uncomfortable because he tried enjoying his food but then the thought that there were worms teeming a few inches away from him made him lose his appetite so he quixotically resigned himself to reading a gardening magazine instead Re: composting kitchen table hehe

I could see how most people wouldn't like it, bit Ive always been a weird kid...I mean, I grew various (legal)fungi in my bedroom as a child,lol...till I got caught,lol...then I got in trouble... it seems like it would be really interesting to me, however seems rather prohibitively expensive to me just to watch worms and bugs make compost... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Oh, mirror in the sky What is love?
