Anyone lose a lot of weight?

Date: February 26, 2011 09:24AM How do you prevent sagging skin and zillions of stretch marks?
I am really afraid of the day I finally get where I want to be.. I will look worse like a deflated, disgusting mess. It's just depressing to think about. My stomach has never actually been flat. I've had weight problems since I was 12. Now that I'm older I'm even more fat. Does it help that I'm getting a ton more nutrients on raw then I would on a SAD diet? Or am I just kidding myself? I'm not doing raw just for weight loss..I actually like raw even though I am not losing weight or really trying. I'm scared to try. I gained a ton of weight when I went back to SAD and I don't want to do that again. Re: Anyone lose a lot of weight?
