I remember 1982 very well. My "good old days" in a way. But things from that era seem so cheesy now. Re: Memories...Like the corners of my mind...

Date: March 13, 2012 02:23PM For sure.
I will go with cheese, rather than alot of current stuff. Cheese is fun, safe, and plain tastes good. I love alot of the 80's music. I should post Barbara Streisands "Memories" song. From about 1973. That one literally puts a lump in my throat. Re: Memories...Like the corners of my mind...

Put Bread and Meatloaf together and you got a great,if not vegan ,music meal. Thank God for those 70's singer songwriters. There just isnt that sound anywhere anymore. Its all too pumpin, thumpin, and aggressive now. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 03/13/2012 08:47PM by eaglefly. Re: Memories...Like the corners of my mind...

Date: March 13, 2012 10:31PM Meatloaf + Bread= LOL! But yeah, Bread was mellow. Easy on the nerves. Meatloaf was a bit...operatic. Tell the truth, I didn't hear his songs on the Top 40 station in the '70s, even though he had some hits. It wasn't until later that I heard some of them. Re: Memories...Like the corners of my mind...

Date: March 14, 2012 12:51PM Yea Meatloaf was pretty intense.
You know I always wondered in his song what "THAT" was. He would do anything for love, but wouldnt do THAT. Vinny Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
