Has anyone had experience with thoughtforms? I found the following definitions for them:

"An image or images held in the mind of a practitioner which aids in the manifestation of intent.

An agency of psychic effect which exists and takes form on the pre-physical realms of existence, which acts in accord with the Intent of its creator(s).

A living spiritual being created by humans. It could be a magical person's helper, or a being created by the belief in it from masses of people.

A homunculus of awareness: an instantaneous observer / observed duality. They are created by everyone every moment (in some formulations they are everyone every moment); and they possess wills of their own."


The last one is definately news to me. Wow, to think that every thought we have can be a thoughtform. But the more interesting thing is to conciously create a spiritual entity to assist you in some task. I read a book on tibetian magic, and it stated that some thoughtforms can actually be seen by other people! If enough energy is put into it, it can actually take physical form. That part for me is pushing belief. But according to the book, the whole point is to teach a tibetian master something about the nature of reality.

Ever read "Science of Mind" by Ernest Holmes?
Its basically what your post is all about.
Thoughts creating the reality.
As far as it taking on a spiritual identity,I think that is what your "higher power" is.

Personally I use " I AM" statements.
When I moved into my house 7 yrs ago,I felt so out of place it was indescribable ,but I started using the affirmation that I AM totally at home and at peace here.

That has manifested wonderfully,and in the same exact house.
