Date: August 31, 2012 06:56AM No, I break in/school young horses as a hobby, which takes comparable amount of energy. So I'm quite interested in vegan approaches to diet while training, having only recently become vegan myself.
Strictly speaking the latter is not true - at the moment I'm following somewhat okinawian diet: once a month non-vegan food (fish/seafood mostly), and for the rest of the month vegan. But im planning to go on full vegan eventually, once I've researched the matter, hence why this book sounded interesting! >Banana ice-cream rocks!< Re: eat and run by scott jurek

i know nothing about horses except that they can run quite fast and uh... what else... sometimes they are intimidating cuz i think they will kick me with their hooves unless i am on their good side other times, they seem more human than humans or like they just read the air around them... oh yeah, i saw the film "Buck" its a documentary about a real live horse whisperer u should check it out if you haven't already the man could really read the horses Edited 1 time(s).
