Date: May 31, 2014 10:15PM I always use her as an example when people think diet is everything. She married into wealth and never had to work thus she was likely never too stressed.
"His wealth made it possible for Calment never to have to work; instead she led a leisured lifestyle, pursuing hobbies such as tennis, cycling, swimming, rollerskating, piano, and opera" She was one of the people I mentioned when you asked for examples of people eating chocolate and longevity. Date: June 01, 2014 01:22AM But two of those three things are not bad! Wine is only bad when a person starts drinking excessively. Chocolate is also a good thing in moderation. As for the cigarettes, perhaps they are not as processed as the American ones. I heard that the majority of chemicals are in the paper of the cig and if she's using more pure tobacco, maybe it's not as bad. I read on Wiki that she was only smoking about two a day at the end.
She also consumed olive oil liberally, apparently. Re: Lady lives to 122 on shocking diet
